Our workshops are taught by pastry chef and cake designer Leigh Koh-Peart, who has trained with London’s and New York’s finest cake designers and restaurants.

Class sizes are kept small so that students are able to learn through close guidance from our expert instructor. Workshops are conducted in our residence in picturesque Hampstead, North London unless otherwise stated.

We also provide private, one-to-one or group workshops in your home. We regularly do hen parties, children’s parties & corporate events, so please contact us for more details.
