In this intensive half-day session, learn to create a two-tier cake from start to finish. You’ll learn to professionally ice 2 cakes with buttercream, cover them with fondant and stacking techniques. After lunch, you will learn to decorate the cakes to your whim and fancy! You’ll be able to take home a fully decorated two-tier cake at the end of the session, along with tips and recipes.
Suitable for beginners & intermediate levels. Please bring your own packed lunch.
